Breed Standard

The Heartland Highland Cattle Society from USA recently compiled an excellent breed standard for Highland Cattle, both Bulls and Cows.  They kindly gave me permission to repost them here.  This Highland Breed Standard has not been accepted in New Zealand yet, but is an excellent reference of what you need to look for in a quality Highland.
